魏月女士
魏月女士目前任职于公私营融建学院总监以及融建顾问有限公司总经理;2016年她成为香港PPP学会理事会成员以及助理义务司库;2017年参与亚洲开发银行 (ADB)、欧洲复兴开发银行 (EBRD)、泛美开发银行(IADB)通过其多边投资基金会 (MIF)、伊斯兰开发银行 (IsDB) 和世界银行集团联合研发的PPP资格证书体系指南的中文翻译工作,并担任翻译总编。在融建顾问公司中,她主要负责大中华地区的PPP项目、项目管理以及企业并购。
 
魏月女士毕业于华南师范大学环境艺术专业,从事房地产行业、PPP行业共9年,并考取美国项目管理协会认证的项目管理师资格。在2014-2017年中,她任职于深圳光大城市发展有限公司副总经理助理,负责深圳市城市轨道3号线东延线前期研究工作,其中包含PPP融资方案的可行性研究、物业开发、建筑规划、智慧低碳、交通等工作。2015年研究无人驾驶,为低碳城引进无人驾驶替代传统公交概念,做地铁的最后一公里接驳、增加客流量,为投资者创造更多的商业利益;同时引进最新科技吸引政府,以利于获取更多土地。2016年参与研究使用BIM技术测量城市排碳量、BIM与PM的衔接,为企业节省20%的运营成本概念。
 
 
Moon is currently General Manager of TPMA Ltd and Director of TPMA Academy Ltd. Since 2016, she has been a founding member of the Institution of Public Private Partnership (IPPP) in Hong Kong and she serves as the assistant treasurer since the inauguration of the IPPP. In 2017, she participated in the Chinese translation of the PPP Certification Program Guide published jointly by the World Bank Group, the Asian Development bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Inter-American Development Bank and the Islamic Development Bank, and later has become the editor in chief of the translation. Moon joined TPMA in 2017 and serves as General Manager of TPMA. She was responsible for PPP projects, project management and merger and acquisitions in Greater China region. 
 
Moon graduated from the South China Normal University specialized in environmental landscaping. She has over 9 years experience including 6 year working with a property developer in the real estate industry and 3 years in railway infrastructure and property development using public private partnerships concept. Moon has passed the examination of The Project Management Professional (PMP)® which is the most important industry-recognized certification for project managers in United States. Between 2014 and 2017, Moon served as Assistant General Manager of China Everbright City Development Ltd. She was responsible for the preliminary research of the East extension of Shenzhen urban rail line 3, including the feasibility study of PPP financing scheme, property development, architectural planning, driverless cars transportation, low-carbon design and used water recycling. The low carbon city concept extends to the metro rail, with driverless buses connecting the last mile from home to rail stations. It can increase passengers to the metro rail and create more revenue to the project.
